open from your PC the rar or zip archive and extract only the BIG .nbh file
rename as DIAMIMG.NBH
copy the renamed file into the root dir of your “Storage Card” or “Internal Storage” (the one of 4Gb… NOT to the internal phone memory!)
reset your device and within 3 seconds push together the Vol_Down + Back button (the one on the right above the hangup button) and keep pressed until the boot loader appears (the one with the color stripes)
soon as you see the bootloader stop to press those poor buttons
a very simple gray menu will appear asking you what to do, simple press the power button to perform the ROM/Radio upgrade
while the upgrade runs be patient and don’t press again the power button, reset the device or play with it until it finishes, when finished a message “UPDATE SUCCESS” will appear, now you can safely reset your device
who prefer can perform a hard reset after the fresh cook (soon after reset simply press Vol_Down + Circle button, then when you see another simple gray menu choose Vol_Up to confirm format), even if this has no-sense because internal memory is pre-formatted during flash, but… there is always a but… for some unknown “scientific” reason sometimes an hard-reset can save time & headache

RSAP cab file
1. Turn Bluetooth on
2. Launch SAPSettings.exe from the \Windows folder. Somehow this app which is installed with nhathoa’s CAB does not display anything on the screen like older versions did, but it stays in memory after launch
3. Connect to your car kit–now it works!
4. Add shortcut to SAPSettings.exe to \Windows\Startup folder to make it launch automatically after reboot

RSAP HTC

Problem: I always Use the Premium Bluestooth Car Kit in my VW Passat with my HD. It works fine, Pairing, Calls, Phonebook all this is OK but when i leave my car and the Bluetooth connection is cancel to the HD it don´t comes back to its local SIM Card. The Antenna Symbol in the upper Screen have a “!” exclamation Mark and the Radio is not working. The only way to get back is to turn “of and on” the cellular radio (Phone) in the Connection Manager. After that all is OK.

Solution: Uncheck “Require PIN when phone is used”

Howto change Google Maps Mobile language to English

Delete the language files that are in the GoogleMaps folder.

I had the same problem so before installation of GoogleMaps I changed the regional settings to English. After installation I deleted the language files (only kept “gmm_launcher.dll”, “gmm_setup.dll” and “GoogleMaps.exe”.) and changed the regional settings to my native. GoogleMaps stayed English
